Highlights of the October 7, 2006 Spring Hill Country Ham Festival included live entertainment; a special appearance by Wilbur The Pig from Charlotte's Web; handmade arts and crafts; ham curing, pig trivia, and hog calling contests; crafts demonstrations, farm animals; games; and country ham available for purchase and tasting. Attendance for the event was a new record estimated between 8-9,000.
