John Maher Builders' Newport Crossing community development is located in Spring Hill, Tenn. in southern Williamson County. We are about 30 minutes south of metropolitan Nashville, 30 minutes west of Murfreesboro, 10 minutes south of Franklin and 10 minutes north of Columbia.

Driving Instructions:

• Travel I-65 to Tennessee 840 and take Exit 59B (Local Traffic) west toward Columbia/Spring Hill.
• Travel 2.5 miles on 840 until it ends at Highway 31 (Exit 28.)
• Turn left on Highway 31 going south toward Columbia/Spring Hill.
• Go approximately 3 miles to Buckner Road which is directly across from Heritage Middle School.
• Turn left on Buckner Road. Go approximately one mile.
• The Newport Crossing community is on your left.
