- Floors are 3 / 4” tongue and groove plywood that is glued then nailed and screwed in place to minimize squeaking.
- Solid 2X4 studs on 16” centers.
- Either 2X6 or 2X8 full length cut roof rafters on 16” centers per plan.
- Pressure treated mud seal plates.
- 7/16” O.S.B water resistant, sound deadening, wood exterior wrap under shingle roof, brick and vinyl siding.

- Monitored fire prevention sprinkler systems installed throughout all units.
- All unit party walls are separated by 2-inch solid firewall consisting of Densglass Gold, fiberglass skinned gypsum board, framed with metal tracks and studs. These firewalls have a two hour fire rating and exceptional sound deadening qualities.
