One Year Warranty

John Maher Builders goes far and above the industry standard with a comprehensive one year warranty on all its homes. It is just another way of making sure our customers are fully satisfied and continue to enjoy their new homes. A John Maher Builders' sales representative can fully explain our warranty but in general terms here is what we cover:

All requests for warranty repairs must be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., excluding Holidays.
