We Value Community

Community is at the heart of what JMB does. With continued efforts to reinvest in Spring Hill and the surrounding areas through festival sponsorships, corporate donations, and scholarships, JMB takes pride in showing gratitude to a community that has graced them with so much. JMB believes in taking their commitment to the community as seriously as they take their commitment to building high-quality homes and developments.

Our consistency and quality-focused approach allow us to provide homebuyers with the customized home of their dreams. Of the more than 2,500 homes built, each was built upon the same foundation – quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction. The majority of our staff and contractors have been with us for many years, placing commitment and loyalty at the root of who we are.
